OUR COMMITMENT
Sun CHDO is an IRS 501 (c) (3) organization designed to provide affordable, safe, and energy efficient housing in all communities. Our focus is on low-income families and the elderly, stable and ambulatory disabled and special needs populations, including the homeless.
Sun CHDO pledges to work with communities in improving housing referrals, financial literacy youth programs, and health and wellness. Sun CHDO was established in 2018 to empower and negotiate with community-driven organization to provide solutions to community leaders and residents.

COMMUNITY AND NEIGHBORHOOD SOLUTIONS
oversees a number of initiatives that help landlords, homebuyers, homeowners, builders, nonprofit organizations, local authorities, and other parties involved in the housing industry create secure, affordable, energy-efficient homes.
HOME OWNERSHIP
We work with citizens to identify resources to assist in making home ownership a reality.
OPPORTUNITY ZONES
We assist with the identification of eligible census tracts, projects and investors to utilize Opportunity Zone Funds.
HOUSING DEVELOPMENT
We help finance new construction, acquisition and rehabilitation of affordable homes and rental housing.
DISASTER RELIEF
We work with communities to develop programs to help housing developers and homeowners impacted by natural disasters.
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
We consult with municipalities, agencies, and community-based organizations to develop solutions to uplift the community with investors to renew the community housing inventory.
